Hydraulic Drive Hydro-Frac® System
The Hydraulic Drive Hydro-Frac® System is designed specifically to
utilize the truck engine or rig hydraulics as its power source. At 41” long, 30”
high, and 27 ˝” wide the Hydraulic Drive is perfect for mounting on a drill rig,
service truck, hoist truck, or any heavy pick-up with adequate mounting space and a
standard transmission.
The Hydraulic Drive, as with all our Hydro-Frac® systems) is
capable of producing up to 3,000 psi and 80+ gallons per minute. Standard Features

- (1) Two-Speed Hydro-Frac® Pump
- Hydraulic Motor
- Hydraulic Reservoir
- Cog Belt or Direct Drive (Dependant Upon Space)
- Hydraulic Shift Valve Assembly
- Hydraulic Pump And Mounting Bracket
- Power Take-Off (If Necessary)
- Power Take-Off Drive Shaft (If Necessary)
- Oil Cooler
- Hydraulic ON-Off Valve Assembly
- Hydraulic Hose Adapters

- The hydraulic drive Hydro-Frac® system
can be mounted on almost anything, provided there is adequate
space. Most of these units are PTO driven, yet still provide the
power of the direct drive units.
- The hydraulic system for these units are
closed loop hydrostatic systems. What this means is that along
with the total control the operator has over the pressure and
volume this unit produces, it will also automatically adjust
itself to the down hole conditions (i.e. if the pressure drops
this unit will automatically start to speed up).

- By being so small in size, only 3' x 3' x 18" this unit
can be mounted almost anywhere. Even if a hydraulic system needs to
be added, the required space is still minimal and can be raised to
keep the deck space useable.
- We have mounted these units on everything from a drill
rig to a service truck to a pump hoist, even a flat bed pick-up.
